Refund Policy

All Jewelry Sales are final. (Sorry, no returns if you change your mind).  

If any items are missing or defective upon receipt, please notify Dee Siliga ( within two business days of confirmation of delivery.


Returns are only accepted on MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. There are times when small pieces of the jewelry may be loose (i.e. jump rings,  loose stone, etc.) and only need a minor adjustment or a dot of glue (we recommend E6000). These are NOT manufacturer defects and are INELIGIBLE for return. 

If a manufacturer defect is determined after a picture is sent and reviewed by our staff, item(s) may be returned for a credit only. To return an item, please notify us within two business days upon receipt of the item that you wish to return. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the initial request to return. Upon receipt of your request to return an item, we will provide instructions for how to return the item to us. If you do not follow the instructions, you will be responsible for the return postage. Upon receipt of the item, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, and under the terms described, we will issue a refund via store  credit or credit the original payment method. We only accept returns if items are defective, once an item has been worn and/or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a return. 


Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item is shipped. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of canceling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the  order. You can reach us via or message us through our Facebook page
Orders marked as "Shipped" cannot be cancelled. 

In the event that the customer requests to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, the order is subject to a $10 restocking fee. 

Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.  Also, if more than three business days have passed since your order was confirmed as delivered, your item is no longer eligible for a return or credit.
